Returns
If you change your mind, that's OK. Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We currently only accept returns from US and Canada orders.
Note: If we have not received your exchange or refund package 20 days after we've either agreed to receive the package or sent you a prepaid label, we cannot accept the exchange or return. You will have to pay for any shipping cost if you wish to receive your package back after the rejection.
Return Process
1. Shoot us an email at info@shopblackfinch.com.
2. Mention your order number and what items you wish to return.
3. Let us know the reason so we can improve.
4. Once approved we will send you a pre-paid label so you can package it up, preferably in the same bag it came in, and ship it back to us. If you choose to use our pre-paid label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed once we receive the package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in the original amount paid minus the cost of shipping or used pre-paid label.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Certain sales items will be marked final sale. In which case, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for that item.
Exchanges
Sizing issue? Changed your mind about what color you wanted? That's OK too. You have 15 days from delivery to let us know. The shipping cost for the first exchange is on us if you ordered from the US! We currently only accept exchanges from US orders.

Exchange Process

4. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
5. Package up the item in its original packaging and shipping bag.
6. Slap that shipping label on and send back to us.
7. We'll get the exchange item to you as soon as we get the package back.
Problems With Your Order
We care about and stand behind our product so if you received a damaged or otherwise defected item. Please reach out to us at info@shopblackfinch.com. We will make it right.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
